The mill at Mill Green, Hatfield has been restored as an operational watermill. It probably stands on the site of one of the four Hatfield mills mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The museum is next door in a 16th century house and contains many interesting items and information from the local area, craft demonstrations and special events are held at times.
